Making Repository Content Useful
Searchability: Content must be findable. Use consistent terminology, tags, and clear titles.
Actionability: Content should enable someone to apply the knowledge. Include concrete steps, code examples, and decision criteria.
Currency: Outdated content is worse than no content. Include review dates and update processes.
Attribution: Credit the people and projects that generated the knowledge. This encourages contribution and enables follow-up questions.

Limitations describe when the prompt fails or produces unexpected outputs.
